Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare insurances. During our initial consultation call, I will set you up with my billing partner, Zaya Care. They will confirm your eligibility and benefits.

For any other insurances, you will need to pay the full appointment fee at the time of our session. However I can walk you through how to check your insurance benefits, and will gladly provide you with a super bill. This can be submitted directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact me with any questions you have regarding insurance reimbursement for Medical Nutrition Therapy.

Fees

Single session fees should be paid at the time of each session. I accept credit card, Venmo, or Zelle payments**

If you are interested in purchasing a session bundle, please inquire with me directly for pricing.

  • Nutrition Intake Assessment

    • 75 min, $250

  • Nutrition Follow Up

    • 45 min, $135

    • 60 min, $180

  • Nutrition Touch Base

    • 30 min, $90

  • Nutrition Exposures

    • 60 min, $180 or prorated $45 per 15 min

  • Case Management Services

    • 1.5 hr/month outside of appointment time, $175/month*

      *Fee is paid monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Time is billed at $200/hr for any time >1.5 hr/month.

  • Professional Consulting

    • $200/hr

**24 hour cancellation policy applies. If you need to cancel your appointment please email, text, or call me with at least 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the full appointment fee.
