Insurance

As of March 1, 2026 I am only able to accept private pay. I have a limited number of sliding scale spots available, please inquire with me directly about my sliding scale policy.*

You will need to pay the full appointment fee at the time of our session. I can walk you through how to check your insurance benefits, and will gladly provide you with a super bill. This can be submitted directly to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact me with any questions you have regarding insurance reimbursement.

Fees

Session fees should be paid at the time of each session. I accept credit card, Venmo, or Zelle payments. **

  • Nutrition Intake Assessment

    • 75 min, $275

  • Nutrition Follow Up

    • 45 min, $150

    • 60 min, $200

  • Nutrition Touch Base

    • 30 min, $100

  • Nutrition Exposures

    • 60 min, $200 or prorated $50 per 15 min

  • Case Management Services

    • 1.5 hr/month outside of appointment time, $200/month*

      *Fee is paid monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Time is billed at $200/hr for any time >1.5 hr/month.

  • Professional Consulting

    • $200/hr

**24 hour cancellation policy applies. If you need to cancel your appointment please email, text, or call me with at least 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged the full appointment fee.
